Co.Marc is a product operated by Co. ("we", "us", "our"). This policy explains how we collect and use personal information when you interact with the Co.Marc website at comarcdata.com.
What information we collect
When you submit a demo request or contact form on this website, we collect the information you provide: your name, work email address, organisation name, and role. We also collect standard server log data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps) to maintain site security and performance.
We do not use tracking pixels, behavioural advertising cookies, or third-party analytics platforms that profile individual visitors.
Why we collect it
We use the information you submit through contact forms solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to arrange a product demonstration. We do not add you to marketing lists without your explicit consent. We do not share your information with third parties for commercial purposes.
Our legal basis
We process contact form submissions on the basis of legitimate interests — responding to business enquiries from people who have actively reached out. You have the right to object to this processing at any time by contacting us at the address below.
How long we keep it
Contact and enquiry records are retained for 12 months from the date of last interaction, after which they are deleted. Server log data is retained for 90 days for security purposes only.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request correction or deletion, and object to or restrict processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@codot.dev. We will respond within one calendar month.

Cookies
